Principles I

One of the mandatory pre-licensing courses, this introductory course provides students with a foundational understanding of real estate terminology and professional obligations.

Principles II

Building on Principles I, this course focuses on the practical implications of the real estate law and common practices. Students will gain insight into a day in the life of a real estate agent by better understanding the various aspects of life as a real estate professional.

Law of Agency

Students will learn important information to enable them to successfully represent their clients in the real estate transaction.

Law of Contracts

This hands on course provides a conceptual understanding of the various TREC and TAR promulgated contract forms as well as hands on experience identifying and completing the forms in a classroom setting. Utilizing individual case studies and actual TREC and TAR forms, this course helps students have the understanding of these contracts to fully educate and represent their clients.

Real Estate Finance

Real Estate Finance provides a basica understanding of the various financing procedures that are currently used in the real estate industry. Students will leave with a complete understanding of interest rates, mortgage documents, commercial and residential loans and other sources of funding.

Real Estate Marketing

Effective marketing is a must for both properties as well as professional services. This course covers all of the areas necessary to present yourself as a professional agent.
